My iTunes card won’t work. Whenever I enter the code in it says “you must enter a valid code” and I don’t know why it’s doing that because we just got the card bought what do I do?

If you bought the card from a kosher source, you would have to raise a claim with Apple with proof of purchase. Else you might have been conned with a dodgy card that had already been used.
