After checking your bank statement, (just to see if the money has been withdrown), open this page, and check sections Purchases, Subscriptions, Unfamiliar charges:--> Subscriptions and Billing – Official Apple Support

If you still get no help, contact iTunes Store Support and explain your problem, filling out and submitting this form: iTunes Store – Contact Us – Apple Support
