Ipad 4 Mini bent/warped

As many others are also experiencing, have an Ipad that appears to be bending in the middle. Its a slight curve. It almost looks like the the backing of the Ipad is too small and causing it to bend backward. I already know that Apple will more than likely ignore this but its clearly a defect in the Ipad because numerous people have had the same issue.
