Sign in to iCloud.com on a computer using your Apple ID. Click on Photos and then on Recently Deleted--in small letters near the top left of the screen. Then, select the photos you want to recover and click the small Recover tab that appeared when you selected the photos. Voila, they will be back in Photos shortly. You can accomplish the same thing with a phone.
