Echo on facetime

Whenever I go onto factime or a speaker call with my friends and family on my brand new iphone11 there is a huge lag and echo. Most of my friends also have the Iphone11 so it can't be that they have old phones. I even friend going onto my macbook pro to see if I could still hear the echo and I could! It's not that they live too far away, I have factimes people father away and it works perfectly. Also, when I'm on factime is there anyway to change it from the wide angle to the normal angle because it makes everything look nigger and I want to change it. Apple, please do a software update and fix all of these things soon!!! Thanks.
