how do I sync my iphone 7 with itunes

I need to sync my iPhone 7 with iTunes to complete having this phone unlocked. I don't use iTunes so any advise appreciated

You need a computer/mac/laptop with itunes on it.

Or do you mean this If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
