Getting odd emails

For the past couple of months I've been getting emails from apple in regards to app purchases. The email usually informs me of the type of app and name of app as well as a billing address. Though the billing address isn't mine, but someone else's. I doubled checked my Apple ID account to be sure the purchase was not actually mine as well as changing my password. If anyone has information in regards to these type of emails anything is appreciated.

In a message Apple will always address you by your real name, never by your email address or Dear Customer. Also the sent-from address should be @apple.com or @itunes.com Additionally Apple does not send attachments.
