When I call someone or receive a call, the person cannot hear me unless I have them on speaker.

When I call someone or receive a call, the person cannot hear me unless I have them on speaker. What do I need to do to fix this?

But the odd part is the microphone for the speakerphone is the same as the one when holding the phone to your ear. Are you sure you aren’t holding the phone with your finger over the microphone, which is on the bottom edge of the phone?
