Best way to use MacBook Pro 16" Batterywise

So I use my Macbook daily in office. Usually I keep the power cord plugged in and use it that way the full day.

Since I got my new Macbook very recently I want to change my charging habbits if its wrong to have the best possible battery life for my Macbook.

So if I am in office the whole day; is it better to unplug the cord and use up the battery fully and plug again or shall I keep it plugged in? Will it shift power input when battery is 100% and charger is connected or will this damage my battery over time.

There was a time when Apple's recommendation for batteries was to unplug every once in a while but that knowledgebase document was taken down a couple years ago. Use the computer however you like - plugged in all day every day or off the grid. It apparently doesn't matter any longer. Just don't totally drain the battery, that isn't good.
