Kernel Panic ios 13

Apolpgies if there is already an answer for this but is there anyway to fix the "panic-full" & "panic-base" problems that I constantly keep seeing in my analytics. I've had my phone for 2 years and it's only started occuring 4 days ago, 3 weeks after my contract ran out.

I went to apple and all they said is that I have to get another phone but I feel that's just a shameless attempt to take my money

Kernel panics turn out to be hardware related most of the time. If you wanted to eliminate any potential software issues, you could perform a restore on your device in an attempt to resolve this issue. This support article can help: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT201252. Make sure you have a backup of your phone before doing this.
