Belkin screen protectors

I’ve currently got the Belkin InvisiGlass Ultra Screen Protection for my iPhone 11 Pro Max and it has a crack on it. It says on the Apple store app that this screen protector has a lifetime warranty and that Belkin would replace it if the screen protector were to ever get damaged. Would I have to get in contact with Belkin directly or could I go into the Apple store for them to replace it (I do still have my receipt for the purchase of this).
