iPhone 11 and Alpine ILX-F259 CarPlay

Not sure if this issue has been addressed recently but, if you are having an issue while making a call using Alpine's CarPlay and the caller sounds like jigsaw from the movie "Saw" then you need to update the software on your Alpine radio. Below is the link that you need to fix this issue. It is a simple and straightforward fix.
