iPhone activation failure

hello

I bought an iPhone 7 in America

after update writes activation failure

and through itunes it says that it was not possible to identify

it has not been working for 3 months, what is the problem?

Not being sure of the exact error you are seeing, try this general support document for activation failures. If you can't activate your iPhone - Apple Support
