Purchase failed but debit card has been charged

So I tried to purchase a game on the appstore but it failed, thus I cannot download it because it is still seen as not yet purchased. However, when I checked my debit card account, it is clear that iTunes has charged me for that app that I failed to purchase and my debit balance has decreased for that. I tried restarting my phone to hopefully find the game on my purchased list but it still doesn’t work. Is there anything I can do? I paid for something I can’t download lol.
