I have been offered 12 month free subscription by email to Apple TV with my new Macbookair but when I attempt to take up the offer, the only option which appears is a 1 week free offer. How do I get onto the 12 month free option?

Try going into the TV App and scroll down to Discover Apple TV Plus - the tv+ logo and click on that to see if it pops up
When I do the above steps, the only offer which comes up is 1 week free then $7.99 per week. The 12 month offer does not appear?
