O-ring came out of digital crown

I own an Apple Watch 3. The digital crown was sticking, so I followed Apple's troubleshoot step and rinsed the crown under "luke-warm" water whilst turning and pressing the crown. It worked and the crown came 'unstuck'. However, the next day I noticed a rubber seal hanging out of the crown, on the brink of falling out. I pulled it out and instantly realized that it shouldn't be like that (at first I assumed it was just a piece of random junk that had gotten stuck to my watch when I put it down).

I live in a Pakistan there are no official apple store.Any advice to what i should do..
