Frozen iphone

My iPhone 8 is frozen on the apple screen. It turns off and on and only stays on the Apple screen. ;( I tried the the up and down buttons, and power button.

Well, if even a forced restart didn't help you, I would have that device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP.
