account trouble

https://iforgot.apple.com/ Doesn't work

for a particular scenario: I either forgot or didn't create any security

questions.

I just signed into https://discussions.apple.com/

so that proves I know my password but they have locked the account so I can't

sign in to apple.com without answering security questions.

From the article below.

After spending several hours on this issue it seems they do have a way around this, and it doesn't require support (they can't help you) but a friend with an iPad can. You login there and can then create the security questions. Then you can login to apple.com as normal.

Going through this hardship doesn't make me feel secure at all; make sure you trust the person whose device you're borrowing.
