My mom lives in Indiana and has a Galaxy 8. Since Feb 12, she has not been able to reply to my texts or send me new texts. She can text other people with iPhones, and she can see/respond to group texts that include me. I don't *think* I accidentally blocked her, because my phone still lists blocking as an option for her in my contacts. Any ideas as to whether this could be something on my end?

Make sure that SMS and MMS are still turned on in Settings > Messages and check with your cell provider that both are provisioned on your iPhone.
As far as I can tell there are 2 options.
Something on your phone is blocking the sms
or something with either your or her carrier is blocking it specifically to you.
You can test if it is your phone, or something with the carriers, by placing your sim card in another phone. and see if you recive sms then.
That way you will know where the problem is
