Unable to change App Store country

I have just moved to Canada from the U.K. but can’t seem to change the country on the App Store. I have updated my Apple ID to Canada and my payment method is Canadian. Every time I click to view Apple ID it just says loading but doesn’t load

Cant change country on apple id Whenever i try to change my country in the apple id it gives me the note: you cannot change the store front information for your account at this time although i have no subscriptions on anything else that forbids it! how can i solve this problem?

Run the following list (if you can) and then (failing that) check with iTunes world-wide support.
