My MacBook Pro 2018 13" can't go into recovery mode pls help!! When I hold Command+R it ask me to connect the internet. when I connected to internet i just see only spinning globe. No remaining minute I wait long time nothing continue. The internet is Ok. I try many time it still not working. Please kindly help me. Thanks.

Try startup from macOS Recovery manually.

I'm having slightly similar issues with several of our 2018+ laptops. Try an SMC reset (T2 section) and a PRAM reset. When performing the PRAM reset you should release the keys immediately after seeing the Apple logo appear on the screen and press the keys for Internet Recovery Mode.
You cannot boot from a USB drive without first modifying the security settings from Recovery Mode.
Try using a direct Ethernet connection to your router to avoid any WiFi issues. You will also need a USB-C to Ethernet Adapter.
I tried to boot from USB many time but still same problem.
I try SMC reset (T2) and PRAM Reset many time still not working. :(
