iphone location notification frozen on lock screen

The "Turn On Location Services to Allow 'Camera' to Determine Your Location" prompt notification is frozen on my screen. The prompt gives you the options "Settings" or "Cancel" and when I click either one, nothing happens. I can't log in to my phone, interact with it at all, or even reset it, and I've tried every way to reset the phone that I've found online. This has been happening since last night and now I'm just waiting for the phone to die in hopes that will fix it but are there any other solutions or am I going to have to take this to an Apple store?
