Gray screen

In reference to the issue with Personal Hotspot, check out this article to see if that may have been what occurred: Use Instant Hotspot to connect to your Personal Hotspot without entering a password.

Also, after you enter your password, does the gray screen go away? Is the gray screen something new that you're seeing, or did this begin after making any changes to your devices?
