Is CarPlay available in Lithuania?

Hello,

maybe do You know how can I find CarPlay on iPhone XS Pro settings because on other iPhone XS pro I found it in settings -> general.

So I can’t turn on CarPlay both with IPad and iPhone. I tried to look in the restricted apps, but there CarPlay is allowed. Also tried to restart iPhone but the car didn’t find my iPhone when it is plugged with USB cable to car. Is CarPlay available in Lithuania? If not how to do that it would work in Lithuania.
