Ok. The error message means that CoreMIDI initialization timed out in Logic. When you open the MIDI Studio, it also initializes CoreMIDI. It just wait longer and doesn't time out.
The potential source of the problem can be a MIDI device, a third party MIDI driver or an overloaded computer.
You can try and see if it happens with a specific MIDI device connected.

Follow this exactly:
In the Finder, choose Go > Go to Folder from the menu.
Type ~/Library/Audio in the "Go to the folder" field. (note: type exactly) ----> ~/Library/Audio
Check to see what MIDI drivers (if any) are there...
Also check the root Library/Audio/MIDI Drivers folder.
This are different locations.
Note: DO NOT remove the "Generic Device" it's supposed to be there.

We need more information to better help you. Do you have any MIDI device connected?
This message can mean different things.
What do you see in macOS Utilities > Audio & MIDI Setup > MIDI Studio ?
WD
As a test, keep the MIDI Studio open. Quit (Command-Q) Logic and start Logic. Still the same message?

You deleted the nanoKONTROL from what? The MIDI Studio?
What audio or MIDI devices do you have exactly and how they are connected to the computer?
Try to disconnect all devices. Same error in Logic? If not then connect only one at a time and find the one causing the problem.
I think the GX61comes with some integration software. Did you installed it?
WD
The devices are just generic graphic icons you will see for representations in Audio Midi setup, do not remove.
I gave you two separate Library locations to check.
I think the problem is nanocontrol 2
no problem when midi studio is on.Sometimes I get this error when I open logic pro x directly. What's the solution?
I hope I will find other solutions too. Thank you
Please check, if you have a driver installed for the Korg nanoKontrol. It's not required anymore.
