So I think I understand that MyShare network is actually optimum and I do understand that 'share' implies open to anybody hopefully with a password. How does this actually affect or is it important in order to setup a wireless printer to communicate with my iMac?

I got it, well BDAqua is correct, your wireless printer should not need it to install or be used on a day-to-day basis.

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck.

I don't feel 'I need' MyShare as much as it came up while I was trying to install a wireless printer.
