Activation lock

I bought an iPhone online and found out that the phone is locked with activation lock but the previous owner refused to unlock it for me, can anyone help out a bit ?

Unfortunately, if the previous owner can not, or will not remove the lock, the phone is useless to you. Activation lock can not be bypassed. If possible return it for a refund.

Sorry, no. Neither we (just users like you) nor Apple can help you, sorry.

Activation lock can be removed only by the previous owner, with the credentials that were used to activate that iPhone. Without those credentials, that device is useless to you.
