Every time I try to go and download an app it pops up “sign in to update billing information” I then log in and it’s all the same, I’ll click update and it just makes me do it all over again and I cannot get the app.

Make sure you’re updating the three-digit security code from the back of the card.


Otherwise you’ll need to contact iTunes Store support directly to find out exactly what the issue is.
