Is there a way I can see if my phone is paid off? It was a gift but I was told it’s paid off. I’m getting charged monthly from my phone company saying it’s not.

I was told it was paid in full. Phone company isn’t helping.
Then you would need to check with the phone company that is billing you to see how many more payments are needed.
So you have said: Was told that it was paid off, phone company is charging you monthly saying it is not, phone company says it is paid off.
So which is it? Are you getting a monthly bill from Apple?
Is the charge from your phone company for service or for the phone? It should say on the bill. You will have to pay for telephone service for as long as you have an active telephone account.
I pay the service amount but the phone was “paid in full”. I’m paying for the phone also. I’m just wondering if Apple can see if my phone was actually paid off.
Not unless it was purchased from Apple and the person who bought it would have to do the checking.
