Everytime I try to sign in to the appstore, an error message, "This action could not be completed. Please try again." pops out. I can perfectly sign in on other devices, and on this website. I tried to restart, and put some commands on the terminal, but nothing works. How can I fix this issue??

try signing out of your Apple ID and back in.
I meant sign out on your computer not just the App Store.

Good suggestion, but as I said on the post: I tried to restart and if I am corrent, restarting signs you out of your computer automatically. I tried signing out of my computer anyways like you suggested me to, but the error is still there.
I am already signed out, the problem is that I can't sign in to it.
Restarting your computer does not sign you out of your Apple ID on that device.
