iTunes just charged me with 0,49€, but I've never owned iTunes nor an iPhone. What should be done? I also had to make an Apple ID to ask this question.

Is this in regard to an email you received? If so, it may be a phishing attempt. See the information below for steps to help identify bogus emails.
It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
If you provided your Apple ID and password at the bogus site, change your password immediately.
