NOTES disappeared

Good afternoon. I wanted to free up space in iCloud and clicked on the phone to "delete notes"
after that I pressed the button so that the notes would not be saved in iCloud. All notes stung irrevocably. There is even no folder - recently deleted. Help me please. All this happened today.

If they are not in the recently deleted folder, they are gone.
