Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Do I need Mac Clean Up utilities and which can be trusted?

I keep getting adverts for clean up utilities which interfere with my writing reports, etc.

Do I need such utility? They tell me I have threats and unnecessary files, etc. and they can improve the speed.

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12
