successful subscription when I have no money to pay

I have accidently made a sub previously but I do not have any money in my account. The sub was successful (seriously, isnt it strange) and I cant download anything now (keep asking for verification). What should I do?

From what I've read is that a subscription was charged successfully but there was no money in the account. I'd like to help. If your account has been disabled, you'll need to contact Apple Support: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'
