That would depend upon the model of iPad Pro.
If you have an iPad with a Lightning connector, you’ll require an Apple Lightning to USB3.0 Camera Adapter - and a charger of at least 12W (the charger that came with your iPad Pro will be adequate).
If you have an iPad Pro with FaceID, it will not have a Lightning connector - instead it will have a USB-C port. You can connect a USB stick directly to this port if has a compatible USB-C connector and is low power - otherwise you must connect both the iPad and USB stick to a powered USB hub.
