If you are using Mac and icloud keychain is set up https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204085

The Apple ID password it could be like example1@icloud.com or Apple ID created with some mail services like example2@gmail.com by opening keychain access and the password can be obtained using this article only by an administrator https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/keychain-access/kyca1085/mac

But if the Apple ID was created from an iPhone then the password can't be obtained perhaps can be reset https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201487

Note : the data base for iPhone is less as compared to Mac so only option on iPhone is to turn on keychain .
