Hi there, florceag.

I see that you're having a problem importing photos and videos from your iPhone to your Mac using Image Capture. You receive an error 9943, and I'm glad to help with this.

Transfer images in Image Capture on Mac -- Review the information on this page of the Image Capture User Guide to see if there's been any changes in the procedure you're using.

If you're using iCloud Photos, your photos won't be imported if you have "Optimize iPhone Storage" turned on under Settings > Photos. Instead, on your Mac, go to System Preferences > iCloud. Click the Options button next to Photos, then select iCloud Photos. Your photos from your iPhone will automatically sync to your Mac.

If you're still unable to import photos and videos and you're not using iCloud Photos, take a new photo with your iPhone, then connect it to your Mac and see if it can be imported. If not, while your iPhone is still connected with your Mac, turn off your Mac and iPhone. Wait for 30 seconds and turn them both back on again and see if you're able to import now.

Let me know how that goes, and take care!
