iPhone update/restore fail - error code 75

My iPhone 6s just locked itself and just shows a white screen with black logo.

initially the update/restore was blocked by an error code that was fixed by turning of the firewall on my PC that was running iTunes.

It now shows error code 75? I know that Apple just want me to throw it away and buy a new iPhone, but does anyone know how to fix this?
