Return instructions unclear

You may want to contact Apple directly for help.

All you should have to do is place your old phone in the bag, seal the box and place the return label on the box.

If you haven't received a return container in a couple of days, contact Apple again to let them know.

They generally send a box to ship back with instructions and label separately from the replacement device. I would wait a day or two. You will need a label to be able to return it.

What might you not understand?

• Follow the directions
• Place the material to be returned in the bag
• Place the bag in the box
• Affix the return label to the box
• Drop off the box at the shipper’s facility
