I cloud storage billing

I never received any notice that they couldn’t bill my credit card which has took on it and they messaged they couldn’t and cancelled my 50 GB storage


who do I contact to correct this

I need that storage

Step 1: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods


Step 2: Buy more iCloud storage


Step 3: If unable to purchase, Contact Apple for support and service
