Lost many contacts from my phone contact list after upgrading to iOS 13.3.1

Hi,

After my iphone 7+ upgraded to the latest iOS 13.3.1, I found I have lost many contacts in my phone contact list.

It is weird these contacts are lost without any intimation/alert shown..

Seek help if I can retrieve those contacts.

Contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

How many Contacts account (email client server) you have?
What is your default Contacts Account?
Which email account you are using to store Contacts?
