It's more than a year since apple presented watch 4 with some new features, but what to do if they are not avaliable in my region (ecg, irregular rhythm notification,...)?

ECG is a feature which is viewed as medical equipment and it would be illegal for apple to sell the feature in a country without the countrys government approving it, so depending on your countries stance it may never be available where you live
