How do I restore iCloud data from several days ago?

iCloud keeps the 2 most recent backups. But if you backed up twice after all of the data disappeared there’s no way to get it back.


You may be able to recover contacts and some other data from iCloud. See this Apple support article—>Restore contacts, calendars, and more in Settings on iCloud.com - Apple Support

Regular iCloud backup overwrites the previous ones.


iCloud backup doesn’t include information already stored in iCloud, like Contacts, Calendars, Bookmarks, Mail, Notes, Voice Memosshared photosiCloud Photos*, Health data, call history, and files you store in iCloud Drive.

*-If you had turned on iCloud Photos, your content is automatically stored in iCloud.
