Hi, I have two almost new (unpackaged) lightning cables that do not work. They will not charge a device or show a connection. Would it be possible to have these cables replaced as they are still in brand new condition?

They are genuine iPhone cables. I believe they came with my previous iPhone and they weren't used as I already had a charging cable. I don't think this is an issue with the charging port as all my other cables work just fine.
