How do I turn off downtime on Apple Watch

Hi

I've searched every forum on the internet and cannot find out how to turn off downtime on my watch. Ill save you some time here:

  • NO, it's not shared across devices
  • NO, I don't even have screentime enabled on my phone
  • YES, I've restarted my watch over and over and over
  • YES, It's running the latest software

PLEASE for the love of everything living, tell me how to turn this off! I workout at 4:30 in the morning and cannot track my workouts, which is really the ONLY reason I have this watch, because it's on downtime. It started after the 6.0 update.

Thank you!

Thank you. Unfortunately, neither solution has worked on my devices. I don't even have screen time set up on my phone and no shared devices. I've restarted both phone and watch several times. :(
