Bulleted list in Keynote

Hello folks, I am preparing a presentation with Keynote 9.2.1 which has some slides with bulleted lists. I need to format such lists to use different types of bullets and a different indentation. I have been advised to go Format sidebar, Text tab then the Style button to be able to do it, but I simply don't get the pop-up menu to do it. I tried in different machines, one running Mojave and the other Catalina, but the same happened. Please see pictures. Any help/suggestion will be appreciated
