Older Macbook Air suddenly dies saying no battery even though it has enough

It's been happening for a while now. I'm running on battery, maybe anywhere under 70%. I turn my macbook on from sleep, then it runs for less than a minute then suddenly dies. When i try to start it again it says no battery. I plug it in, it starts, and it shows... whatever, 67% battery or wherever it was before.

Halp?! :)

That screenshot shows the battery is at half its original capacity which is not good. It also reports the date of the battery is 2013 and has over 1,000 charge cycles. Time to replace the battery again.
