Setting Preview as default PDF reader

I accidentally made Adobe Reader my default PDF readerand want to restore Preview as the default. When I try to search for the answer on Apple forums in the past, the suggestions point to using a PDF document, choosing "Change All" to apply the Preview change. However, when I do this with my iOS 10.12.6 this option doesn't exist.

Any suggestions?
