How to update Apple ID in settings

In the setting I have to do an update . It telling that “Some account services will not be available until you sign in again” . I press on continue and it doesn’t open what to do and I not a wizard with computer or tablet.

Some people have fixed this by signing out of iCloud, restarting their device, and then logging back in. That hasn't worked for everyone.
