And being patient gets you more support. In case you don't know, you aren't speaking with Apple. We are all users on this forum and some of us take our own personal time to try to help users.

Go to the bottom of the page to “Tell us how we can help” Click the Get support tab. Choose “Disabled Apple ID” and then “Your account has been disabled in the App Store or iTunes alert”—which will allow you to schedule a call with Apple
